Care Instructions

1. Regularly vacuum with an electric vacuum cleaner. Always use the floor cleaning tool and avoid using the rotating brush when cleaning the rug.

2. For liquid spills, blot the liquid with a clean cloth or paper towels.

3. Do not pull any loose threads. If necessary, trim them with scissors.

4. Keep it away from sharp objects, hot surfaces, open flames, and high moisture areas.

5. Avoid soaking the rug in any liquid.

6. For the first few weeks, there may be a slight shedding of fibers. This is normal and will reduce with time and use.

7. Shake and rotate the rug regularly.

Storage

Ensure the rug is clean and dry. Store it in a dry, well-ventilated area. Do not fold the rug; roll it with the top side facing inwards.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to the address you have provided through our affiliated transportation company. At the time of dispatch, you will receive a voucher code via email, which you can use to track your order.

Shipping costs are as follows:

For orders totaling less than 60 euros

• 5 euros if you choose to pay on delivery
• 3 euros for any other payment method

For orders totaling 60 euros or more, we cover the entire cost of shipping your order to your location.
