Payment Methods

There are several methods to pay for your order:

• Cash on Delivery

Payment is made in cash upon delivery of the order by the transportation company, with an additional charge of €2.00. In the case of cash on delivery, the total amount of the order cannot exceed €500.00.

• Credit / Debit Card

Upon completing the order, you can choose to pay via credit, debit, or prepaid cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and Diners. To ensure the absolute security of electronic transactions via credit cards, payments made using cards are processed through the "Alpha e-Commerce" electronic payment platform of Alpha Bank and utilize TLS 1.1 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a method of encoding information until it reaches the specified recipient, who can decode it using the appropriate key.

• Paypal

Online payment via the PayPal service. PayPal guarantees the security of electronic transactions and allows users with a PayPal account to use this payment method, avoiding the need to re-enter card details each time.

• Bank Deposit

For all five payment methods, you have the option to request a retail receipt or invoice.

An invoice is issued for companies and freelancers who provide the following details during their order: company name, activity, VAT number, tax office, mobile and landline phone.
