Return Policies

In case you are not 100% satisfied with the NIMA product you purchased from our online store, you have the right to return it under the following circumstances:

a) Returns with charge to "NIMA S.A. Bedlinen"
1. If products were sold incorrectly (due to errors in order placement, billing, shipping, etc.) by www.nima.gr. In this case, the customer can either refuse to accept the product from the beginning or request a return.

2. If products of poor quality were sold (damaged during transportation, defective items, etc.) by www.nima.gr. In this case, the customer can either refuse to accept the product from the beginning or request a return.


b) Customer-paid returns
The customer has the right to return the purchased products within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt, without the obligation to state the reason for the return. In this case, the customer bears the associated return costs. Returns will only be accepted if an email has been sent to [email protected] or if there has been prior telephone communication with the online store at 210 2400100 within the specified timeframe.

In all the above cases, for the return to be accepted, the products must not have been washed, the packaging must not be damaged, all original labels must be intact, and they must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt (retail receipt or invoice).

In the event of product returns, the refund corresponding to the products ordered by the customer will be completed within 15 days from the date the company receives the returned products. The refund can be made either by crediting the user's account on the online store for future use, or to a bank account specified by the customer on www.nima.gr in a timely manner, or by sending an email to [email protected] or through telephone communication with the online store at 210 2400100.
