Care Instructions

1. Regularly vacuum with an electric vacuum cleaner. Always use the normal floor cleaning tool and avoid using the rotating brush when cleaning the rug.

2. For liquid spills, absorb the liquid with a clean cloth or paper towels.

3. Do not pull any loose threads. If necessary, trim them with scissors.

4. Keep it away from sharp objects, hot surfaces, open fireplaces, and areas with excessive humidity.

5. Avoid soaking the rug in any liquids.

6. During the first few weeks, there may be some shedding of fibers. This is normal and will decrease over time and use.

7. Shake and rotate the rug regularly.

Storage

Make sure the rug is clean and dry. Store it in a dry, well-ventilated area. Do not fold the rug; roll it with the top side facing inward.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to the address you have provided through our affiliated transportation company. At the time of dispatch, you will receive a voucher code via email, which you can use to track your order.
